We only publish what we measure.
More than 5,000 vehicles under management. The published numbers come from the first fleet moved onto Backlane: 1,500 vehicles, more than half a million vehicle-days per year.
Before / after, same fleet
Cohorts compare the same fleet and the same customers, before and after going under management (April 2026). No cherry-picked control fleet.
Precise ratios, rounded absolutes
Ratios (÷3) are published as measured; absolute amounts are rounded so no client is ever identifiable.
The diagnostic replaces the projection
These rates project, they do not promise: the 48-hour diagnostic replaces them with your numbers, from 6 months of your history.
A 1,500-vehicle fleet. Here is what changed.
DSO halved in two months
Rents come in, without hiring a collections team.
Gaps found, quantified, fixed
Unbilled mileage, duplicate trackers, contracts without telematics: every gap found is a euro recovered.
Claims analysed automatically
560 claims administered, 100% linked to their vehicle and contract: the renewal is negotiated on numbers.
Driver support automated on WhatsApp
Reports, chases, everyday questions: handled around the clock, and every exchange feeds the vehicle's file.
“We no longer discover problems at month end: the morning queue has already handled them. Three spreadsheets are gone.”
The spreadsheet shows you the problem. Backlane collects it.
Where do these numbers come from?
From real cohorts across the fleets under management, never from an identifiable customer. When a number is a projection rather than a measurement, it says so next to it.
Why no named testimonial?
Because we do not publish a customer's name without their written agreement, and that agreement is asked for after the results, not before.
Do your numbers apply to my fleet?
Maybe not, which is exactly why the diagnostic measures yours over six months of history. If the recoverable amount is not worth several times the subscription, we say so and we do not sign.
No commitment. Nothing changes with your current tools or insurer.
