No contract reaches its term without a decision.
60 days before term, the Contracts agent opens the file: renew, adjust, exit. It also projects kilometres at term, to invoice the overrun before it becomes a dispute.
A contract never ends by surprise. That is this agent's entire job.
A term reached without a decision means a vehicle leaving with no replacement, or a rent still running with no contract. This agent does one thing: it looks far ahead, every morning, and makes you decide in time.
The term appears
The contract enters the watch as soon as its end date is within sixty days. Early enough to order a replacement, negotiate an extension or prepare a handback.
The alert turns critical
Past that threshold the card changes colour: there is no longer time to order a vehicle, only to choose between extending and handing back.
Three outcomes, one action
Renew for twelve months, hand back, or sell to the driver. The button carries the wording of the decision, and approving it actually executes: the contract is extended, the assignment followed, the rent rescheduled.
your approvalDismissal holds for this term, not forever
Dismissing the card removes it for this end date. If the contract is later renewed, its term moves and the watch re-arms on the new date.
It signs nothing
This agent decides to make you decide. It does not renew a twelve-month commitment by itself, whatever autonomy you grant it elsewhere.
It is the quietest agent on the roster and the one whose absence costs the most: a missed term is paid in idle days, in a vehicle not replaced, and sometimes in a customer lost.
What if I never decide?
The card stays in your queue and turns critical 14 days before term. Never an automatic renewal without your decision: it is your signature, not the agent's.
Which contract durations?
Weekly, monthly, long-term lease: the engine reads the contract's rhythm. The rent follows the same rhythm in billing.
How is the km overrun computed?
From telematics when the vehicle is equipped, otherwise from odometer readings. The projection is linear to term, at the extra-kilometre rate written in the contract.
No commitment. Nothing changes with your current tools or insurer.
